Art
Journaling is a way for me to relax and release. Sometimes, I sit down with
paper, ink and paint and just play around with backgrounds and other times, I
finish a whole page. The important thing
to remember is that art journaling is fun and it’s okay to make mistakes. It’s about exploring and letting go of
stress! Fill your art journals with
inspirational sayings. I find they are
just what I need when I’m feeling gloomy!
In this how to art journal video, I share with you a very simple way to doodle and to add color to your pages. Have fun exploring!
