Fabulous scrap fabric beads are so easy to make.
Working on the projects for my Mixed Media Inspirations book has left me with all sorts of bits and pieces of scrap material. We all know that no craft hoarder ever throws anything away!!
These are great for all those tiny bits and pieces of fabric you might have laying around from past projects. Why not give them new life?
It's so easy - here's what you'll need
Fabric Scraps
Scraps of embroidery floss or other fibers
plastic tubing
Aleene's Original Tacky glue
Eye pins
Cut the plastic tubing into various length.
wrap with fabric scraps and glue ends to secure
Tie fibers around beads to accent
Thread onto headpins and loop.
I have no idea exactly what these will become - but they were loads of fun to make!
What will you do with your scrap fabrics?
