Don't you just love that phrase? We must lose the fear of messing up....because if we don't what happens? NOTHING! because we stop dead in our tracks and do nothing out of fear.
That's what happens a lot in art, sometimes I don't even try because I can't accept failure. I have to remind myself and give myself permission to fail and that I'm going to enjoy the process despite the results.
